What a weekend! Thanks to all who made our visit to Dublin such a success. Worksheets available on the Resources page-email me if needing password to access.
Over four and a half hours on Saturday and still they went on to play and sing all night! Amazing stamina and concentration from a packed room. It was quite something to stand in front of all those ukuleles when they were belting out 'I Heard It Through The Grapevine'! I was a burnt-out case at the end of that but we were back next day for another session with Absolute Beginners.
Great advance publicity organised by the team meant standing room only at this event. I'm really grateful to Sheilagh, Pat, Charlie and all the teachers, tuners and helpers who supported the workshop and made the afternoon such a success. Special thanks to Eileen and her team for looking after Marie Therese and myself so well and supporting us with such generous hospitality. Here's to the next time!
